Lead Pastor and Board Chair

Pastor Lee serves as the Lead Pastor of Crossroads Community Church, where his heart beats for the restoration of brokenness through the redeeming love of Jesus Christ. With every message, ministry effort, and conversation, he seeks to point people toward healing, wholeness, and a deeper walk with God.

A lifelong learner and committed shepherd, Pastor Lee holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University, a Master’s degree in Christian Counseling from Grand Canyon University, and a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation from Nazarene Theological Seminary. His academic training and pastoral experience have shaped a ministry rooted in grace, truth, and the transformative power of God’s presence.

With over 30 years of pastoral leadership, Pastor Lee brings a unique blend of theological depth, compassionate care, and visionary leadership. He believes the Church should be a place where the wounded find restoration, the searching find truth, and every soul encounters the presence of Christ.

He and his spouse, Amy, have three sons, one daughter-in-law, and one grandson, and are thankful to be part of their church community. Outside of ministry, Pastor Lee enjoys spending time with family, reading, golfing, and watching Texas Tech football.

Lisa De La Fuente serves as the Educational Director for CrossRoads Academy.

She has dedicated over 25 years to the field of education, with the past 20 years invested in the mission and community of CrossRoads Academy.

Serving as Director for the last 7 years, Lisa leads with a heart for servant leadership and a deep passion for helping children grow to their fullest potential in both Christ and academic excellence.

Her unwavering commitment to nurturing students' spiritual and educational journeys is at the core of her leadership.

Lisa has been married for 32 years and is the proud mother of four children.

Derrick Thomas, Ed.D

As Superintendent, I am honored to serve alongside our administration, staff, and families in the God-given responsibility of educating the children entrusted to us. CrossRoads Christian Academy exists to provide superior education in a strong Christian environment, partnering with families across all programs—from early learning through high school graduation—to nurture students into a loving relationship with Jesus Christ. Our role as a Christian academy is to come alongside parents, assisting them in raising and teaching their children as ordained by God, helping every student understand that God has a purpose for everything and that their lives are part of His greater story. My passion for school leadership grew from a desire to impact students beyond the classroom, helping students see their worth and abilities as God sees them. We pursue academic excellence, spiritual formation, and a biblical worldview to prepare students to lead and serve with integrity, wisdom, and Christlike character in whatever path God leads them—whether in ministry, college, military service, or the workforce.
