CrossRoads Christian Academy is always interested in connecting with qualified, Christ-centered individuals who feel called to serve in Christian education.

While we may not have current openings in every area, we welcome resumes for future teaching, support, and administrative positions in both our Learning Center (Infants–PK3) and Academy (K4–8th Grade).

Individuals who share our commitment to Biblical truth, academic excellence, and nurturing the whole child are encouraged to submit a resume for consideration.

CrossRoads Christian Academy is a ministry of CrossRoads Community Church. Employment is considered a ministry position, and all employees are expected to support the mission, values, and doctrinal beliefs of the church.

Qualified candidates will be required to review and affirm our Statement of Faith and employment expectations as part of the application process.
